Tuesday Morning Bible Studies Return 11/5

Tuesday morning bible studies (both Ladies & Men’s) have been on a break for a few weeks but will be returning on November 5th. The Ladies will be beginning a new study on the Book of Isaiah. It is intended to give a glimpse of God’s faithfulness which provides present day women with confidence in Him.

The Men will be continuing their study of the Book of Hebrews.

Both studies are held from 9:30-11:00am. The studies are located in the Chapel (Ladies) and M-11 (Men’s). For more information, contact the church office.

12 Women of the Bible

High School girls are invited to an exciting DVD Bible Study: “Twelve Women of the Bible: Life-Changing Stories for Women Today”. Unearth fresh insights for your life from women who lived thousands of years ago. In this 12-session DVD study, learn how God moved in the lives of six women in the Old Testament and six women in the New Testament whose struggles to live with faith and courage are not unlike your own. The DVD study features multiple teachers: Lysa Trkeurst, Elisa Morgan, Jeanne Stevens, Amena Brown, Naomi Zacharias, and Jonalyn Fincher. More details regarding the materials used can be found at christianbook.com.

This study meets at Sharayah Morgan’s home twice a month on Saturdays at 10:00-11:30am.

Although the study has already begun, there’s no reason you couldn’t join the study and fellowship next time. For more information about dates, times and location, check the calendar or contact the church office.

Sunday School Fall Quarter 2013

Sunday School is an opportunity for you to grow closer to God and one another here at RCC. Most of our classes are discussion oriented with teachers guiding and leading a discussion rather than lecturing. We also have classes for children and teens where they too can grow by digging into God’s Word. So come out and join us!

Foundations of Faith

What do Christians believe? Come learn what the Bible teaches about God, salvation, humanity, sin, and how these topics affect each one of us. This class is required for church membership.

Parenting Class – 1 John

We live in a world of relationships: husband and wife, parent and child, employer and employee, friend to friend, neighbor to neighbor, and individual and God. Come learn great principles from God’s Word on building better relationships with God and others. Our class is geared towards parents with children at home. Currently learning from 1 John.

Habakkuk

“Tough times don’t last, but tough people do.” A statement we hear all the time, but is it true? The prophet Habakkuk received a message from God on how to get through tough times. We know that we will fade them, so learn how to be prepared for them.

Young Adult Class – Practical Christian Living

All young men and women are invited to join us as we ask and answer the question of how we as Christians can live practical, fulfilling, God-honoring lives in this world. We are currently looking at oneness and what the Bible says about our unity with Christ and one another.
